Adam’s Podcasting Story

Adam started Chef Life Radio with a deeper purpose to reach other chefs caught in the emotional trap of having a career they’re passionate about but stuck in a toxic work environment.

His podcast gives Adam the platform to mobilize a new breed of culinary professionals around his movement of the ‘New Kitchen Culture’.

He teaches them the leadership skills they need to prioritize community over cut-throat and heart over hustle.

As someone who is so inspired when creating content, Adam was left with the daunting task of trying to remember and synthesize the best parts when it came time to market that content.

In a way that did his content justice.

When Adam met Capsho

It was June 2022 and the Capsho team were eyeballs deep in our closed Beta program working closely with passionate podcasters getting feedback on what they wanted from an AI solution so we could build it.

One of these passionate podcasters - and one of our earliest and staunchest supporters - was Adam! 

We had quite a few glitches in the early days (to say the least) and Adam’s early enthusiasm was met with a LOT of technical difficulty.

Nevertheless, he persisted and the results he got within the first few months were nothing short of amazing.
