the tool stack

Every one of those jobs is waiting on a different tool.

The app or the page you've been meaning to build is still in the drawer - not because the idea's bad, but because building it always meant depending on a freelancer who went quiet, a template you had to bend to fit, or an AI that stalled three screens in and couldn't say why.

The one-off build is half of it. The workflows that repeat every week don't get any easier just because you've done them before. Podcast prep is its own second job: the guest to chase, the audio to clean, the show notes due at midnight because the RSS feed is the only deadline that's real. And the social posts need refilling again, same as last week, whether you've got something to say or not.

It's not six problems. It's one problem, wearing six different logins.

the one key

One key. Every room already knows your business.

CapshoHQ is one thing you own, opened by one key. Claude, the subscription you already pay for, keeps doing what it does. What becomes yours is the part that knows you: your voice, your standards, your workflows, the memory of your business, installed once and remembered everywhere.

Open Build, and it already knows how you like things designed, and how you want the backend wired up - the database, the logins, the client experience underneath it.

Say a word about the show and Sonny already knows it - not just the topic, but who you have on, how you like an episode packaged, and the tone it should sound like.

No re-explaining, because nothing forgot in between.

Capsho Build / build deskBuild queue open

Accepted, built, handed over

The app, site, or tool you keep sketching. Made, and handed to you done.

Describe it once, in plain language - an idea, a rough brief, or something you already run that needs work. Capsho Build works out what kind of job it is, brings in the right specialist, and builds. It comes back designed, built, tested, and handed over - not a folder of code you now have to figure out.

A landing page for the new offer. A client portal. The internal tool that replaces the spreadsheet. A checkout flow. The booking system you keep patching together. The dashboard you keep asking for. The SaaS platform you've been meaning to launch. A mobile app for your customers.

Written isn't built. Built and tested is.

Most AI stops when the code is written and calls that finished. Capsho Build doesn't close a job there. Nothing is done until it passes the done gate - anything that can't be verified gets said out loud, not glossed over.

You can see exactly what was asked, decided, and checked.

Every substantial build keeps a small folder of plain files on your machine - what you asked for in your own words, what “done” was agreed to mean, and what was verified along the way. Not busywork, and not a dashboard you have to babysit - the honest record underneath the work.

Capsho Strategy / decision deskOpen for rulings

Decide what to do

Settled - and written down so it stays settled.

The decision you keep going round on. Margo pressure-tests it, tells you when you're kidding yourself, sets the price, and builds the quarter. Robin catches every idea before it evaporates and rebuilds the ones worth keeping.

In this room

  • MargoStrategist · allergic to flattery
  • RobinIdeas · catches them before they die

Every ruling gets filed by how much weight it can hold.

Most advice arrives as one undifferentiated pile of opinion. Margo files a decision by how sure it actually is, and the record keeps the difference - so in six months you know which calls were settled, which were bets, and which were things nobody ever checked.

The decision record05 weight classes / nothing deleted
  • LAW

    Settled, and it stays settled

The heaviest thing on the board. Margo won't quietly relitigate it next month, and neither will anyone else.

  • BET

A call made on incomplete information

Filed as a bet on purpose, with the thing that would make it wrong written down beside it.

  • ASSUMPTION

Believed, never checked, carries a review date

The dangerous kind - the ones a business runs on for two years without noticing nobody ever tested them.

  • OPEN

    A question, not a ruling

Sits in the record as unfinished rather than being rounded up into a decision you never actually made.

  • SUPERSEDED

    Struck through, and kept

Never deleted. You can always read what you used to think and what changed your mind.

Capsho Marketing / growth deskLeak check ready

Get found, get bought

The biggest room in the building. It still opens by telling you no.

Nico finds the leak before he prescribes anything: the page nobody converts on, the channel you keep being told to join, the launch you've got three weeks to run. The list belongs to Ellis, down to the unsubscribe link nobody checks until it's wrong. And Sonny works the show either side of the record button, a podcast being the marketing channel that takes more work than all the others put together. In your voice, not a marketer's.

Twenty-two jobs, and the first one is the one you didn't ask for.

Ask for a social calendar and you might get told the calendar isn't the problem - the page they land on is. That's the point of having a marketer rather than a content tool.

And the show, because a podcast is marketing that takes a week.

Sonny is the third desk in this room. He works either side of the record button and he is the reason the marketing here doesn't start from a blank page - it starts from what you already said out loud.

Capsho Marketing / show deskSession ready

Both sides of the record button

Makes the podcast itself better, then gets it out the door.

Sonny works before the recording - the next episode idea, guest research, outreach drafted in your voice, interview questions ready to go - and then again after it: the episode kit, and the clips, posts and newsletter angle pulled out of what you actually said.

It runs locally inside Claude Code, inside CapshoHQ - one payment, one key, not a subscription. The same key opens Strategy and Build, and nothing in either is a preview.

no fine print

Nothing here can be switched off behind you.

You already pay for a stack of subscriptions each month. CapshoHQ isn't one more of them. It's one payment, and then it's a set of files on your machine. Yours.

It runs on the AI you already pay for. Claude does the work. CapshoHQ is the part that's yours. Nothing to rip out, nothing to migrate. And that goes for the output too: the app Build ships, the site, the episodes are yours to keep, host anywhere, or sell.

  • The specialists are files on your machine. You can open them, move them, back them up.
  • Your files live on your machine, not on our servers. We never see your business's data.
  • You keep them if you cancel Belong, the $97-a-month membership. It's optional, it's separate, and the specialists stay yours either way.
  • The AI you already pay for is untouched. Claude works exactly as it did.
  • The memory compounds. Every week it knows your business a little better.

from Ash

Why it's built to be owned.

I'm Ash. Half of the husband-and-wife team behind Capsho.

We built the first AI tool podcasters had. Then we sunset it ourselves, rather than keep patching it.

That experience is the whole design brief here.

A subscription can be redesigned under you, repriced over you, or switched off behind you.

Files on your machine can't be.

Not even by us.

Cheers,
Ash

Questions people ask first.

Money, and what actually recurs

Is this another subscription?

No. CapshoHQ is $379, one payment, yours for life. All three rooms are files on your machine, opened by your key. No monthly bill, nothing recurring. Belong, the membership, is the one optional thing that does recur - and it never gates a room you own.

So what's actually recurring?

Your Claude subscription, which you already pay Anthropic for and we don't take a cut of. Belong, if you join it - $97 a month, optional, cancel whenever. And if Build ships you something with real users, its standard hosting once you're past the free tiers. CapshoHQ itself never recurs.

What does it run on?

Claude Code, on the Anthropic subscription you already pay for - about $20 a month, to them, not to us. CapshoHQ installs into it and uses it to do the work. Whatever you build here is yours.

What will it cost to run what Build makes, once it's live?

Build itself is a one-time payment. What the finished thing costs to run depends on what it is - a simple site can sit on free tiers, and often does. An app with real users and payments usually needs a little standard infrastructure: typically Vercel for hosting (their paid tier starts around $20/mo) and Supabase for the database (around $25/mo), with GitHub free for the code, on top of the Claude Code subscription you already have. Call it $45/mo once you're past the free tiers. Those accounts are all yours - we don't host your product and charge you to keep it alive.

Starting

Do I need to be technical?

No. From the moment it's set up you just talk, and the setup itself is one paste: your download comes with a file called START HERE.txt, and you paste what's inside into Claude Code. It finds the folder, checks your machine, installs the team, and tells you in plain words what happened at each step. If anything snags, you're already talking to the thing that can fix it.

I don't use Claude Code yet. Can I still buy this?

Yes - but don't start with the purchase. CapshoHQ installs into Claude Code, so that has to be running on your machine first. The free guide gets you there: Claude Code installed and one real job of yours done, in an afternoon. No card, and nothing of ours to install. If that afternoon works for you, buy the company. If it doesn't, you found out free.

Is anything here a preview or a waitlist?

No, and that's deliberate. All three rooms - Strategy, Build and Marketing - are finished and staffed, nine people between them, and your key opens every one of them on day one. If we ever do ship something early, it'll say so in those words.

What do I need ready before Sonny is any use to me?

Nothing, if you're just getting started. The guest research and episode-idea work can begin before you've recorded anything. Once you do have a recording, the audio and notes pick it up from there.

How this is different

What happens if Claude changes, or something better comes along?

CapshoHQ is plain text files on your machine: the skills, your voice, the memory of your business. Claude Code is where they work today. If it changed tomorrow, you would still have every file and everything the team has learned about your business, on your own disk, readable by you and by whatever you use next. What you own doesn't depend on anyone's roadmap. Including ours.

How is Capsho Build different from Replit, Lovable, or Base44?

Those build your app on their cloud - their servers, their database, their subscription. The running thing lives on their plan; stop paying and your product stops being live. Capsho Build builds on your machine: the files are yours to move, host anywhere, or sell, and there's no monthly bill keeping your own product alive. You pay for the AI; you own what it builds.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT to build something?

A chat writes code and stops. Build doesn't finish at “the code was written” - it runs a real design-build-test-handover process, keeps an honest record of what was decided and checked, and gives you a whole shop of specialists instead of one generalist guessing.

The rooms in practice

Can I really sell what Capsho Build makes?

Yes. What Build makes is yours to use or to sell as your own product. It's not a rented template with someone else's terms attached.

What if what Build makes breaks later?

You say what's wrong; Theo reproduces it, traces it to the actual cause rather than patching where the error showed up, and tells you what went wrong in plain words. And nothing was called “done” in the first place until it passed the done gate - written, tested, and verified.

Does the podcast side work for solo episodes, or just interviews?

Both. Tell Sonny once what's different about a solo episode versus a guest one, and he remembers - skip the guest research and outreach steps, keep everything else.

There used to be a Podcast room. Where did it go?

Into Marketing, where it always belonged - a show is how you get found, it's just the version of that which takes a week. Sonny sits at the third desk in that room now, next to Nico and Ellis, with all ten of his jobs intact. Nothing was removed, repriced or put behind a second purchase. Your key opens it exactly as before.

Didn't Capsho used to also write my social posts and newsletter?

That work lives in the Marketing room now. Nico has the content plan and the drafting in your voice, Ellis has anything that goes out by email, and Sonny pulls clips, posts and a newsletter angle straight out of an episode - so the promotion around a show starts from what you actually said in it.

You're still one person. Everything else changed.

The thing you keep meaning to build finally gets made, the guest is found, and the episode goes out with its notes, clips and posts already done.

Thirty days, full refund, no questions. You keep everything we built.

Whatever you build here is yours.
