“The client portal. The one I keep sketching. Can we actually build it?”
The record of what was asked, decided, and checked. On your machine.
It comes back designed, built, tested, and handed over - not a folder of code you now have to figure out.
Room two / Capsho Strategy
You said
“Should I raise my price, or is that a mistake? I keep going round on it.”
One price. No rise inside a selling window, ever.
From Capsho's own decision record. Yours gets the same treatment: every ruling filed by how much weight it can hold - law, bet, or assumption - and superseded rulings struck through, never deleted.
Room three / Capsho Marketing
You said
“The newsletter is three weeks late and I honestly don't know if any of it is working.”

Sonny works before the recording - the next episode idea, guest research, outreach drafted in your voice, interview questions ready to go - and then again after it: the episode kit, and the clips, posts and newsletter angle pulled out of what you actually said.
It runs locally inside Claude Code, inside CapshoHQ - one payment, one key, not a subscription. The same key opens Strategy and Build, and nothing in either is a preview.

All nine.
Eight specialists across Strategy, Build and Marketing, and Monty on the door to point you at the right one. Nothing here is sold separately, and nothing in it is a preview or a waitlist.
On your machine.
They install into your own folders as ordinary files you can open, move and back up. Your files stay on your disk, not on our servers. We never see your business's data.
The Claude subscription you already pay for.
We take no cut of it, we meter nothing, and there is no per-use cost sitting between you and using them as much as you like.
Yours.
Every key gets every update as it ships. Nothing you build here gets sunset, repriced, or roadmapped away from under you.
$379, once.
Not a subscription, not a seat, not a plan you get moved off. Every key opens all three rooms, so there is no bigger version to buy later.
I'm Ash. Half of the husband-and-wife team behind Capsho.
We built the first AI tool podcasters had. Then we sunset it ourselves, rather than keep patching it.
That experience is the whole design brief here.
A subscription can be redesigned under you, repriced over you, or switched off behind you.
Files on your machine can't be.
Not even by us.
Cheers,
Ash

once - yours for life
$379 once. Not a subscription, not a seat, not a plan you get moved off. Every key opens all three rooms, so there's no bigger version to buy later. Nothing here is priced per month except Belong, which is a different thing entirely and optional.
Thirty days, full refund, no questions. You keep everything we built.
We're not going to tell you the price goes up on Friday, and there's no cohort window - we don't do those. If the price ever changes, it'll be because what you get changed, and we'll say which part.

before you buy
Money, and what actually recurs
No. CapshoHQ is $379, one payment, yours for life. All three rooms are files on your machine, opened by your key. No monthly bill, nothing recurring. Belong, the membership, is the one optional thing that does recur - and it never gates a room you own.
Your Claude subscription, which you already pay Anthropic for and we don't take a cut of. Belong, if you join it - $97 a month, optional, cancel whenever. And if Build ships you something with real users, its standard hosting once you're past the free tiers. CapshoHQ itself never recurs.
Claude Code, on the Anthropic subscription you already pay for - about $20 a month, to them, not to us. CapshoHQ installs into it and uses it to do the work. Whatever you build here is yours.
Build itself is a one-time payment. What the finished thing costs to run depends on what it is - a simple site can sit on free tiers, and often does. An app with real users and payments usually needs a little standard infrastructure: typically Vercel for hosting (their paid tier starts around $20/mo) and Supabase for the database (around $25/mo), with GitHub free for the code, on top of the Claude Code subscription you already have. Call it $45/mo once you're past the free tiers. Those accounts are all yours - we don't host your product and charge you to keep it alive.
Starting
No. From the moment it's set up you just talk, and the setup itself is one paste: your download comes with a file called START HERE.txt, and you paste what's inside into Claude Code. It finds the folder, checks your machine, installs the team, and tells you in plain words what happened at each step. If anything snags, you're already talking to the thing that can fix it.
Yes - but don't start with the purchase. CapshoHQ installs into Claude Code, so that has to be running on your machine first. The free guide gets you there: Claude Code installed and one real job of yours done, in an afternoon. No card, and nothing of ours to install. If that afternoon works for you, buy the company. If it doesn't, you found out free.
No, and that's deliberate. All three rooms - Strategy, Build and Marketing - are finished and staffed, nine people between them, and your key opens every one of them on day one. If we ever do ship something early, it'll say so in those words.
Nothing, if you're just getting started. The guest research and episode-idea work can begin before you've recorded anything. Once you do have a recording, the audio and notes pick it up from there.
How this is different
CapshoHQ is plain text files on your machine: the skills, your voice, the memory of your business. Claude Code is where they work today. If it changed tomorrow, you would still have every file and everything the team has learned about your business, on your own disk, readable by you and by whatever you use next. What you own doesn't depend on anyone's roadmap. Including ours.
Those build your app on their cloud - their servers, their database, their subscription. The running thing lives on their plan; stop paying and your product stops being live. Capsho Build builds on your machine: the files are yours to move, host anywhere, or sell, and there's no monthly bill keeping your own product alive. You pay for the AI; you own what it builds.
A chat writes code and stops. Build doesn't finish at “the code was written” - it runs a real design-build-test-handover process, keeps an honest record of what was decided and checked, and gives you a whole shop of specialists instead of one generalist guessing.
The rooms in practice
Yes. What Build makes is yours to use or to sell as your own product. It's not a rented template with someone else's terms attached.
You say what's wrong; Theo reproduces it, traces it to the actual cause rather than patching where the error showed up, and tells you what went wrong in plain words. And nothing was called “done” in the first place until it passed the done gate - written, tested, and verified.
Both. Tell Sonny once what's different about a solo episode versus a guest one, and he remembers - skip the guest research and outreach steps, keep everything else.
Into Marketing, where it always belonged - a show is how you get found, it's just the version of that which takes a week. Sonny sits at the third desk in that room now, next to Nico and Ellis, with all ten of his jobs intact. Nothing was removed, repriced or put behind a second purchase. Your key opens it exactly as before.
That work lives in the Marketing room now. Nico has the content plan and the drafting in your voice, Ellis has anything that goes out by email, and Sonny pulls clips, posts and a newsletter angle straight out of an episode - so the promotion around a show starts from what you actually said in it.
The thing you keep meaning to build finally gets made, the guest is found, and the episode goes out with its notes, clips and posts already done.
Thirty days, full refund, no questions. You keep everything we built.
Whatever you build here is yours.
Export / install
CapshoHQ runs locally inside Claude Code, opened by your CAP- key. Pay once and your key and download arrive by email. Unzip the download, open Claude Code, and paste the one prompt inside START HERE.txt - it finds the folder, checks your machine, installs the team, and says what happened at each step.
What's in the download
“You don't install this. You ask for it.”
One prompt, pasted into Claude Code. It installs the team and reports each step in plain words. Takes a couple of minutes, and you only do it once.
